LED TV production

2013. M SAN Grupa doo started producing LED TV devices. The production plant is located in the logistics center of Rugvica.

The production capacity of the original production was 85,000 devices per year, diagonal 22”-55”. 2015. with the aim of increasing production capacity and raising competitiveness, M SAN invested in a new production line.

The new production line includes a clean room where VIVAX tv device modules are produced. A special robot is used for the production of modules with large diagonals. The annual capacity of the new production line is 180,000 devices, diagonal 22-65”. The Vivax team has absolute control over every component. Each TV device is subject to multiple 100% quality control, during which all the functionality of the device is tested. The Vivax strategy is based on proven and well-known technologies.

In the production department, these quality controls are performed by local experts who have a high level of technical knowledge.

Each device is equipped with the necessary certificates and manufactured according to European Union standards. Proposals for technical solutions and adaptation of device specifications to the local requirements of the countries of the European Union and beyond are the result of the fast and innovative work of our experts.
