Professional service technicians and end users can contact the central service center or one of the authorized service points listed in the warranty card to order the following spare parts: external power supply and remote control for a period of at least seven years after the last unit of the model was put on the market.
Professional service technicians can contact the central service or one of the authorized service centers listed in the warranty card to order the following spare parts:
Internal power supply, connectors for connecting external equipment (cable, antenna, USB, DVD and Blue-Ray), capacitors, batteries and accumulators for a period of at least seven years after the last unit of the model was placed on the market.
Professional repairmen for information on the repair and maintenance of the device, they must contact the central service indicated on the warranty card, which will send them the procedure and conditions necessary to access the specified information.
