If the product needs repair during the warranty period, please consult with the authorized dealer who sold the product to you or contact us at the numbers and addresses listed below. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT!

 

  1. We assume the obligation to repair or replace defective parts of VIVAX air conditioners free of charge that would prove to be such during the warranty period, as a manufacturing or assembly error. With this warranty, we guarantee that the subject of this warranty will work without errors caused by possible poor workmanship or poor materials. All possible defects will be repaired free of charge by the authorized service within the warranty period.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS:

  1. The warranty period starts from the day of purchase of the product and lasts 24 months, except for models ACP-xxxxCCxxxxx, ACP-xxxxCTxxxxx, ACP-xxxxDTxxxxx, ACP-xxxxCFxxxxx, ACP-xxxxFSxxxxx,HPM-xxCHxxAERI, HPS-xxCHxxAERI with a 12-month warranty
  2. The warranty on the devices in use is extended for the next 12 months after the service inspection by the authorized service.
  3. The warranty can be extended a total of three times, except for models ACP-xxxxCCxxxxx, ACP-xxxxCTxxxxx, ACP-xxxxDTxxxxx, ACP-xxxxCFxxxxx, ACP-xxxxFSxxxxx, HPM-xxCHxxAERI, HPS-xxCHxxAERI for which the warranty can be extended four times, which in total can be a maximum of 60 months.
  4. The service inspection is charged by the authorized service according to the valid price list approved by M SAN Grupa d.o.o.. The service inspection must be filed into tabel “Periodic service inspection and maintenance” in that warranty.
  5. The warranty is valid if the VIVAX air conditioner is installed or serviced by an authorized service center authorized by a representative of M SAN Grupa d.o.o.
  6. The VIVAX air conditioner as a whole consists of one or more indoor units, installations and outdoor units that are properly selected and match each other in terms of model and power.
  7. In the event of a defect in the product that is the subject of this warranty, we undertake to repair it as soon as possible, and within 45 days at the latest. If the product cannot be repaired or is not repaired within 45 days, it will be replaced with a new one. The warranty will be extended for the duration of the repair.
  8. The warranty is recognized only with the purchase invoice and with this warranty card, which must be filled out correctly, i.e. it must contain the date of sale, stamp and signature of the seller, authorized installer or service technician.
  9. The warranty provider provides service and spare parts for 5 years from the date of purchase of the VIVAX air conditioner

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  1. Regular inspection, maintenance with the replacement of parts that are worn out by normal use, adjustment or changes to improve the product for applications that are not described in the technical instructions for use, unless the consent of M SAN GRUPA doo has been presented for these changes.
  2. The warranty is not recognized in the following cases:

If the customer does not present the correct warranty card and purchase receipt.

If the customer did not follow the instructions on how to use the product.

If the product has been opened, modified or repaired by an unauthorized person.

If product defects are caused by force majeure such as: lightning strikes, electric shocks in the electrical network, natural disasters and the like.

If the defects were caused by damage due to improper use or improper transportation. If the failure was caused by an error in the system to which the product is connected.

By installing, servicing or repairing VIVAX air conditioners by an unauthorized service, workshop or third party, the buyer of VIVAX air conditioners loses the right to warranty.

This warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by careless or unprofessional handling, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for handling, i.e. due to any circumstances that cannot be attributed to a manufacturing error of the device

This guarantee is valid only for goods purchased in the Republic of xxx and on the territory of the Republic of xxx. and does not change the legal consumer rights valid in the Republic of xxx in relation to those prescribed by the manufacturer.

The warranty excludes responsibility for possible injuries that could be suffered by people or animals, i.e. for any damages caused by the functioning or non-functioning of the device.

Warranty coupons are used to confirm device repairs
