Is there an authorized service center in my city?

For every purchased VIVAX product, you also have an after-sales service. We offer service support through a widespread partner network throughout Croatia.

Do I need to register the purchased VIVAX product in order to be entitled to an additional/extended warranty?

The additional/extended warranty is usually realized only in a certain promotional period for certain products. All information about the method of registration can be found in the promotional period on the official website of the https://vivax.com/.

What are the warranty conditions for my VIVAX device?

The warranty conditions are attached in the instructions in the warranty sheet of each VIVAX device.

Regular factory guarantees* on VIVAX devices from individual categories are as follows:

Air conditioners5 years , with the obligation of installation by an authorized partner and regular annual service by an authorized service

White goods – stoves, electric water heaters, washing machines and dryers – 3 years

White goods – refrigerators and freezers – 5 years

Small household appliances1 year

* In certain promotional periods, changes are possible in the periods and conditions of the factory warranty of individual VIVAX devices and/or categories of devices. All changes in the terms of the factory warranty will be communicated clearly and in a timely manner via the vivax.hr website.

I opened the new VIVAX device and I think a part is missing. Who to talk to?

In the event that you are missing some of the parts of the new VIVAX device, it is best to contact MR Servis on the phone number +385 (0) 1 640 1111 or by e-mail info@mrservis.hr . MR Servis always has spare parts, attachments and consumables for most VIVAX devices in stock in its warehouses. If it happens that the extension, consumables or some of the spare parts are not available, MR Servis will do everything to get them as soon as possible.

How can I get help related to the repair of my VIVAX device?

For authorized repair of VIVAX devices, regardless of whether the warranty has expired or not, feel free to contact MR Servis at phone number +385 (0) 1 640 1111 or by e-mail info@mrservis.hr . At MR Servis, you will receive the highest quality service and the most accurate information about the VIVAX device you are interested in.

Can I order attachments, consumables or spare parts for my VIVAX device?

Where can I find the user manual for my VIVAX device?

On the page of each individual VIVAX device, you can find, among other things, instructions for using the device itself. If you are not sure in which category the VIVAX device is located, the easiest way to find it is to enter the code from the name of the device in the search engine, which you can find on the packaging.

How can I properly dispose of a VIVAX device that no longer works?

It would be most acceptable for the environment to repair broken devices. If the device cannot be repaired, it must be properly disposed of, as it is electronic waste. All waste lighter than 30 kg should be taken to the recycling yard. You can find lists of recycling yards on the websites of utility service providers in your area. If you are disposing of a device weighing more than 30 kg, feel free to contact M SAN EKO at phone number 072 606 062 or by e-mail info@elekrootpad.com. In this case, you will be able to dispose of the said waste free of charge.
